Cool concept, but I must be doing something wrong.
I've entered various addresses and the Widget appears to process correctly, then jumps to Google Earth. However, at that point nothing new appears on the Google Earth imagery or in the sidebar.

What have I missed?

Thank you,

AG

I tried this widget. I thought it would be an interesting one but it does not seem to be doing what it is supposed to. It opens Google erarth OK but doesn't go where the IP address has been traced

 Hi to both,

sorry but the backend service that provides IP address resolution is not working, after publishing the website to the new provider.

Hopefully I will be able to fix this very soon :)

Cheers,
Claudio

Update: the KML traceroute web service is now working, the 3D IP Lookup widget is again functional. Please report any issues that may persist.

I run the app and nothing happens. I am using Safari 4.0.2. Is the result supposed to come up in a browser window?

Works well, however....would be nice if this would traceroute from my external IP like a normal one rather than from wherever the master server is.

As others have stated I can see the routes including the master server, However, I cannot determine the origin. i.e. where exactly did it originate? I seem to find that those few addresses I have checked all seem to originate in Palma Majorca
